School Transport in State Schools is organised by the Ministry for Education and Employment. The Ministry provides school transport services to State Schools in Malta and Gozo and currently organises over 660 routes daily, serving approximately 13,000 students. School transport is a free service for all eligible students attending State Schools. The end of Primary Benchmark Exams 2022 for students currently in Year 6 will be held between Tuesday 24th and Tuesday 31st May 2022, as per the timetable below. EXAMINATION SYLLABI The End of Primary Benchmark will be based on the State Primary Syllabi for Maltese, English and Mathematics. Once again, the School Milk Scheme shall supply pupils from Kinder 1 to Year 6 with a portion of fresh, pasteurised milk. This scheme is financed by the Government of Malta, thus enabling all students to receive one portion of milk per week to help them adopt a healthier lifestyle. Applications for Breakfast Club 2021/2022 now open

Through a Government Scheme, the Għargħur Primary offers the Breakfast Club Service. This is a FREE service available for primary students whose parents/legal guardians are in employment. Through this service, the students are given the opportunity to have a healthy breakfast before school commences. The Breakfast Club operates on a daily basis during school days. Għargħur Primary Students Express Solidarity with Children in India

Għargħur Students expressed their solidarity with Indian counterparts passing through great hardship because of the escalation of the Covid-19 situation across the country.
