Providing students with a solid foundation in IT, Learn IT has been a popular course since it was launched in 2004 and has been followed by over 8,500 students in more than 40 localities. Heavily subsidised by the Local Councils to keep it accessible, Learn IT has always encouraged people to invest in their future careers.
To facilitate the assimilation of this vital knowledge, Learn IT courses are divided into three sections. Section one provides students with basic computer familiarity, Section two builds on this by enriching and consolidating their IT knowledge while Section three introduces more advanced concepts, such as networking methods so that students understand more the means by which computers interconnect.
The new courses will be held in the following localities: “Attard, Birgu, Dingli, Gudja, Gżira, Ħamrun, Kalkara, Luqa, Marsa, Marsaskala, Mellieħa, Mġarr, Mosta, Msida, Mtarfa, Naxxar, Paola, Qormi, Rabat, San Pawl, Santa Luċija, Santa Venera, Siġġiewi, Tas-Sliema, Swieqi, Tarxien, Valletta, Żabbar, Żejtun, Żurrieq.
Tuition is free of charge. Students are asked to pay €10 for course notes.
